BEST CDG was incorporated in May 2010. It has two parent organisations: one is a UK charity called Careers Development Group (CDG) and the other is a Victorian regional not for profit organisation called BEST Community Development.

BESTCDG uses the knowledge, skills, abilities and resources of both organisations to provide a unique service for disadvantaged jobseekers throughout Australia.

The organisation has grown from the close and trusted partnership that has been formed between the two organisations since January 2009.
